- Description
- Design inspired by a 17th century Genoese cut voided velvet. Slender acanthus leaves in ogival bands. Medallions contain axial motifs in stylized form. The design is embossed to simulate a variety of embroidery stitches and gives the appearance of being worked in gold thread, printed in gold on ivory field.
