- This square pinback button advocated for "Clean Fuel. Clean Air. Good Health". The message, in blue lettering against a gray smoggy background, was promoted by the West Harlem Environmental ACTion. The non-profit organization, now known as WE ACT for Environmental Justice, has been fighting to build healthy communities since 1988.
- The button is among more than 200 collected by Washington, DC-based environmental justice advocate Vernice Miller-Travis.
