Written across the top of the card is “American Tennis / Association, Inc. / ACCOUNT NO. / 0508L.” An outline of a tennis racket is behind the lettering. Written at the center of the card is “MS ALTHEA GIBSON / LIFE MEMBER.” Text at the bottom left of the card reads “Albert Tucker / EXECUTIVE SECRETARY.” Text at the bottom right of the card reads “Richard Bradley / PRESIDENT.”
