- The horse is being held by a young boy. Horseman has mustache and short beard and wears a slouch cap. A long sword dangles, and he wears a round medal, hung from an upside-down triangle with three circular devices on the horizontal part, over his left breast. Two rolled packs hang lengthwise, one in front of the rider and one behind, and a tin cup and canteen dangle on the side.
