- The two volumes of letters sent and letters and orders received, October 1865–September 1868, 1 (301) and 2 (302), have no precise arrangement. Volume 1 (301) includes letters sent and received October 1865–January 1866, printed orders and letters received 1867–68, and orders issued November 1865. Volume 2 (302) includes letters sent February–September 1868 and letters received and sent September and December 1866 and February 1867.
