- Jae Ok Chang is a Korean American food researcher and cookbook author who sees food and cooking as a way to connect with family and heritage. Based in Fairfax, Virginia, Chang has conducted research into traditional and historic Korean recipes, and published a multi-volume set of cookbooks dedicated to traditional Korean cooking.
