Eliza Jenkins, for whose house at 721 St. Paul the design was commissioned, died in 1916. She and her family are also connected to gardens MD056 (Edgewood) and MD057 (Windy Gates) and to MD071 (Jenkins Memorial [Corpus Christi] Church).
