- For this project dating to around 1950 Helen Page Wodell designed a brick patio to take advantage of views to nearby water and wetlands. A lawn was installed in a space formerly occupied by a driveway and two walks leading to the house. Images include before and after shots.
- Persons associated with the garden include: Helen Page Wodell (garden designer) and Arthur Gwynne, Sr. (1886-1959) and Louise Mildred Van Schaick Gwynne (1892-1968) (former owners).
