- Lawn and bushes outside the Hershey Department Store and the large stone house owned by Edwin Hershey. On the corner of Chocolate and Park Avenues. The large stone house next to the store was torn down sometime in the 1960s or 1970s. Today, the department store building is called the Hershey Press Building which houses several restaurants and is the headquarters for Hershey Entertainment and Resorts.
- The wooden garden furniture is similar in design to the wooden bridges Milton Hershey had placed over Spring Creek in the early years of Hershey Park.
