- Artist files are kept according to Scanga's original order and titles. Materials may include resumes, correspondence, writings, printed materials, and photographs. Correspondence may be with the artist or about the artist. Of note are files on Dale Chihuly. These include administrative files, phone directories of contacts, and calendars, correspondence from Chihuly, his studio, and galleries with Scanga, writings by and about Chihuly, printed material, and photographs of both artists, their friends, works of art, and a drawing.

- This collection is open for research. Access to original papers requires an appointment and is limited to the Archives' Washington, D.C. Research Center.
