- This series includes eight original ink drawings and two pencil drawings from John Canaday's series entitled My Beautiful Girls, one of which is signed, and a folder of reproductions of eight drawings from the same series produced by the Archives of American Art.

- This collection, with the exception of Series 2, is open for research. Access to original papers requires an appointment and is limited to the Archives' Washington, D.C. Research Center.
