- Administrative records contain a gallery history file, a chronology of exhibits, owner Helen Johnston's notebooks, a folder on Toren Gallery (founded by Robert Toren and also located in San Francisco), Imogen Cunningham Trust files regarding orders and sales of personally printed and signed photographs, and a polices and procedures file. The gallery history contains notes, press releases, and clippings, including a five year anniversary interview with Helen Johnston. This folder also has photographs, contact sheets and negatives of Ms. Johnston and the gallery. It appears that Robert Toren was a personal friend of Helen Johnston and sometimes gave her recommendations for photographers and exhibitions.
