Arrangement note: Photographs of people and events are arranged alphabetically by subject matter - person, event, or place; those of artwork are arranged by artist. Biographical material (series 1) includes photographs that accompany honorary certificates. A small number of photographs are among the subject files (series 3), and are also found in the scrapbook (series 8).

There are views of exhibition openings and other events, public and private. Also found are photographs of a wide variety of artwork, and a small number of slides and transparencies.
