Airbus IMAX Theater in Chantilly, VA

The Airbus IMAX^® Theater at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center features the largest IMAX screen in Northern Virginia, towering six stories high.

Showtimes are published on the calendar every few weeks.

Hollywood feature-length films ranging from documentaries to narrative fiction are on mission for the Smithsonian. See our FAQ for more information.

Parking is free at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center for any feature-length movie that concludes after 5:30 p.m. Parking Vouchers will be handed out at the Airbus IMAX Theater box office.
For films that conclude before 5:30 p.m., the standard parking fee of $15 per vehicle applies.
