General
This garden is named for its former owners, Mr. and Mrs. Philip Key Bartow. The garden featured a wooden fence covered with clematis, a terrace, and the use of standards. Fifteen 20-foot oak trees were also planted while the property was owned by the Bartows. The property was subsequently sold and the gardens have undergone considerable change since that time.
Persons associated with the garden include Philip Key Bartow and Mary Bartow (former owners, ca. 1982-1989).
