- Description
- Pleated fan. Narrow leaf with hand-colored lithograph on paper backed with painted parchment; sticks of carved and incised mother-of-pearl, washer and metal loop at the rivet. The obverse shows a garden party with a central cartouche of a gentlemen with two ladies. The reverse has a girl and boy playing a pipe. Both sides have a gilt border and decoration.
