- Elwood P. Zap, alias “Mr. Zap," aka puppet. Description: Height 34 inches; hair, black and straight; eyes, black and googly; complexion, fair and fuzzy; remarkable features with unibrow, permanent stubble, prominent ears, bulbous nose, enormous mouth, and toothless.
- Named Mr. Elwood P. Zap, there were originally five copies of the puppet with hats and balls and chains (missing upon acquisition) used by the Postal Inspection Service in 1979 to educate postal industry about mail crimes, appearing for one presentation at the Southern Regional National Postal Forum in Louisiana. Mr. Zap was an example of what happened to people who were caught using the Postal Service for fraudulent activities. Mr. Zap was the brainchild of Inspector Adolph (Al) Dockus who was a fraud Program Manager in the Southern Region.
