- Description
- Landscape study showing view of a large rock, illuminated by the setting sun, and within mountainous terrain. A path curves around the base of the rock, with green foliage on either side. Rock shines in hues of pink and cream while a red vine climbs its face, at top. Beyond, a river or lake is visible at left with two wooded hillsides. This may be French Broad River in North Carolina.
