Object Details

Description: Recumbent lion in high relief on cover, looking over back toward tail, holding ball in left front paw.; Clay: soft, light-gray. Raku type.; Glaze: brilliant orange over light-yellow, partially gilded. Clear glaze, crackled, over red slip. Base unglazed.
