- Description (Brief)
- Two Octave Musical Telegraph Transmitter, Elisha Gray. Veneer rosewood case, hinged cover closes rear half consisting of twelve electromagnets with hinged armatures and adjustable platinum pointed contacts. Front half consists of piano keyboard (15 white keys and 10 black keys). Constructed June or July 1874, exhibited in London in August or September 1874.
