OFF. / POWDERED / DENTIFRICE / PERMA-PERL / BERG-WILLIAMS CORPORATION / SOLE OWNERS AND DISTRIBUTORS / NEW YORK, N.Y. / MADE IN U.S.A.” Berg-Williams introduced the term “DURA-PERL” to commerce in 1939 and received a trademark the following year.
