- Oblong, with curved corners, snuff box type container featuring polychrome decoration of a fanned hand of playing cards: from left, first card is ace of spades in black and white enamel, followed by king of spades, queen of spades, jack of spades, all in red, blue, yellow, black, white enamel, ace of hearts in red and white enamel. Underside of box features elaborate monogram (AE). Lid hinged on back panel. Striker on right panel.
