- Description
- Pear-shaped, on rounded flaring circular foot; scrolled handle, simple triangular spout, domed cover with flat circular finial. Solid gilding on foot, handle, lip, edge of pot and of cover, and finial. Underglaze decoration of floral sprays and birds; overglaze gilding representing a Chinoiserie scene of figures in landscape. Edge of pot and of cover mounted in gilded brass (missing?).
