Cowl worn by actor George Clooney (b. 1961) in his role as Batman in the 1997 film Batman and Robin. The film, directed by Joel Schumacher, also stars Arnold Schwarzenegger, George Clooney, Chris O’Donnell, Uma Thurman, and Alicia Silverstone. This cowl, a large hood costume piece, gives the wearer the signature Batman profile.
