- Written fully in the hand of Kirk and signed twice by him, in Zanzibar, in his capacity as Acting Political Agent, HBM Consul. On the verso is confirmation that the bill was duly presented in Scotland, and has a 5 shilling "Foreign Bill" stamp affixed. M080 is accession number in the Russell E. Train inventory list of the Joseph F. Cullman 3rd Library of Natural History.
