Contains a proposal from Flight Nest concerning the building a separate exhibit building on the Mall to house the entire Enola Gay. Includes planning documents, restoration updated, correspondence with veterans, veterans' groups, and the public concerning the exhibit, status reports on the exhibit, a study of adult visitors to NASM and their feelings towards the Enola Gay done in 1992, a draft of a paper by Michael Neufeld entitled "The Enola Gay, the Bomb and the National Air and Space Museum."
