- New Hope Ministries was founded by Frank and Anita Worthen. Frank was the founder of Love in Action as well as a founder of the Exodux program. All of these were conversion therapies. Their website carries the masthead, "Finding Freedom from Homosexuality," with the mission statement, "New Hope Ministry is a Christ-Centered ministry designed to help people struggling with homosexuality leave their past lifestyle and to fully embrace their true identify in Jesus Christ."
