- Scope and Contents
- The interviews record both the technical and personal aspects of a family run wine business from multiple perspectives, including those of the sales director and business manager, the cellar manager, vineyard workers, and members of the Winiarski family. This series consists of interview transcripts and abstracts. Most of the transcripts are not verbatim but include highlights from the interview; approximately ninety-percent of the dialogue was transcribed. There are fifteen interviews in all. The audiotapes made for each interview are noted on each transcript and in series 2.
