- Scope and Contents
- Dowd established an office in Paris, France in 1972 with Reinhard von Nagel to build harpsichords labeled William Dowd-Paris. The series consists primarily of correspondence with Reinhard von Nagel, but also includes contracts, agreements, invoices, sales materials, lists of owners, a shop book detailing harpsichords built, concert programs, photographs, and stationery for the Paris workshop.
