- Triggs laboratory notebooks document his work as a Mellon Institute fellow. The notebooks are bound, paginated, dated and in some instances witnessed with signatures. They contain detailed descriptions, calculations, sketches, testing data, and bibliographic and patent data related to his work on coffee technology, especially soluble coffee.
