- Scope and Contents
- This subseries is divided into four sections. The first section deals with advice for raising children and contains mostly booklets for helping new mothers. The second section contains baby books for recording a child's progression through infancy. None of these books have been written in. The third section contains tiny cards with envelopes used as birth announcements during the late 19th century. Each card has the name of a child printed on it. The last section of miscellaneous materials relating to children includes materials on children's rights. These materials include typed and handwritten letters and booklets on the prevention of cruelty to children.
