- The two volumes of registers of letters received and endorsements sent and received cover the period June 1867–October 1868, 1 (244) and 2 (245). There appears to be no consistent arrangement to the entries in volume 1 (244). Volume 2 (245) is arranged in chronological order and numbered with two series of numbers. Both volumes have name indexes. For letters entered in the volumes, see the series of letters received, July 1867–October 1868, mentioned below.
