Printed text on recto reads: "Tervueren. Palais du Musée du Congo. / 3. Le Palais du Musée du Congo est la reproduction du Petit Palais des champs Elysées à Paris, œuvre de l'architecte français Girault. Commencé sous Léopold II dont le monogramme se trouve entre les colonnes, il fut inauguré par le roi Albert en 1910. La façade de style classique s'harmonise bien avec les jardins français qui entourent le palais."
Translated postcard caption reads: "Tervuren. Palace of the Congo Museum. / The Palace of the Congo Museum is a reproduction of the Petit Palais at the Champs de l'Eysées in Paris, designed by the french architect Giralut. Began under Leopold II whose monogram is found between the columns, it was inaugurated by King Albert in 1910. The classical facade harmonizes well with the french gardens which surround the palace."
Printed text on verso reads: "Phototypie Modern / Telephone B 780 / Albums, Catalogues et Travaux Industriels en Tous Genres / Cartes Postales Illustrées / E. Desaix / Rue de l'Archiduc Rodolphe, 10, Bruxulles. / La Belgique Historique / Collection Artistique / Des Monuments et Sites Belges / Approuvées par le Ministère des Sciences et des Arts et par les Conseils de Perfectionnement de l'Enseignement Primaire et de l'Enseignement Moyen."
Address on verso, composed of stamped text ammended with manuscript: "A. Pyllyser-Cortier / 341 rue de Merode / Bruxelles."
