Second row: John Pakenham-Walsh and Tojudeen Oki, legal draftmen. Third row: Basil Walker, Cecil Miller, Duro Adebiyi, Arthure Wheeler, Billie Kazeem, Adeitan Adediran, senior crown counsels and assistant legal draftmen.
