Short Hills -- Cochrane Garden
Object Details
- General
- This project began with the removal of a hedge separating a swimming pool from the house, the latter being on a slightly higher level. The hedge was replaced with a lawn leading up to a multi-level terrace. Brick walls and garden borders separated the lawn from the two terraces, while a flagstone path connected the terrace area to the pool. Before and after images are included.
- Persons associated with the garden include: Lois W. Poinier (garden designer) and William Cochrane (former owner).
