- Professional files contain acquisition reports, building plans, financial records, loan requests, event and program plans, staff records, and policies and procedures created during Catlin's positions as curator for the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, as assistant director of the Yale University Art Gallery, and as director of the Center for Inter-American Relations' and Syracuse University's art galleries. Other files include records on arts organizations, conferences, fellowships, grant applications, membership files, and recommendation letters written by Catlin.
