- Found within writings are three of Catlin's journals recording his experiences in Prague before the beginning of World War II, his life in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and other daily activities. Also found are drafts and notes for "Latin American Printmaking: A Brief History," "Political Iconography in the Diego Rivera Frescos at Cuernavaca," and "Modern Mexican Art"; lecture manuscripts; and writings by Alair O. Gomes, Shifra M. Goldman, David Tatham. Some writings may be in conjunction with a conference or exhibition.
