- Scope and Contents
- Amos participated in numerous exhibitions and projects throughout her career. The exhibitions in this series are ones in which Amos's artwork was exhibited. Exhibitions curated by Amos are in Series 7. Folders may contain project plans, artwork lists, correspondence, printed materials, business records, and other material related to the exhibition or project. Extensive files can be found for Show of Hands (1977), The Sky's the Limit installation at IS90, Emma Amos: Paintings and Prints 1982-1992 retrospective exhibition, and the Ralph David Abernathy Memorial Project. Also included are 11 video recordings and 5 born digital items containing mainly documentary and presentation material.
