National Portrait Gallery, Smithsonian Institution; gift of Jean Bertram Burke Underhill, daughter of James Bertram who was private secretary to Andrew Carnegie from 1897 to the formation of the Carnegie Corporation of New York at which time he was appointed Secretary and Life Trustee until his death October 23, 1934. Conserved with funds from the Smithsonian Women's Committee.
