Heliconia oleosa. This species is known from only five specimens collected from a single population found on steep rocky slopes in montane forests of the Magdalena Valley of Colombia. H. oleosa is assessed as critically endangered due to its narrow distribution, a single population in areas known for habitat destruction and degradation. It is not preserved in botanical gardens.
