Carlos Moscardini, from Argentina, will perform Sunday, June 6 at 7 p.m. during the Ibero-American Guitar Festival at the National Museum of the American Indian. The festival, set for Friday, June 4 through Sunday, June 6, brings outstanding guitarists and other plucked-string players from Spain, Portugal and Latin America for a series of concerts, discussions and master classes.
