On view are three quilts: -

  • an 1847 album quilt made of cotton
  • an early 20th C. wool and silk bed cover made by Pocahantas Virginia Gay (descendant of Pocahontas)
  • a ca. 1900 applique and pieced-work cotton quilt known as the "Garden of Eden" quilt
