On view are 14 contemporary works created from industrial materials which have been woven, pressed, hammered, or rolled, and then painted. Cook works with rayon tire cording, while Alhilali uses industrial paper. Both teach in California: Cook at California College of Arts and Crafts, Oakland, and Alhilali at Scripps College, Claremont.
