This interactive exhibition on agriculture in the North American prairie explores the human history of the prairies and features 4 farmers who use techniques that maximize their output while preserving the prairie lands. Included are an illustrated mural, a windmill, and a touch screen display that connects items in a shopping cart with their prairie source.
