On view are approximately 100 objects, diverse expressions of Utah's state symbol, the beehive. First adopted by the Mormon settlers of Utah, the emblem continues to pervade the state today. Examples on view include neon advertising signs, a square dance dress, quilts, coffin plate, soda bottles, stained glass windows, and souvenir honey pots and salt-and-pepper shakers.
