- This Sixth International Philatelic Exhibition Issue souvenir sheet honors the Sixth International Philatelic Exhibition, held in Washington, DC May 21st to May 30th, 1966. The stamp features an image of a stamped cover. The sheet also features a line drawing of the Capitol Building and Washington Monument and the signature of Postmaster General of the United States Lawrence F. O’Brien.
