Mayor Barry, wearing a suit edged with a traditional African pattern holds up two fingers in a peace sign. Cora Masters Barry, wearing a patterned dress and blazer, smiles directly at the viewer, while waving. In the background are two other figures, a man looking left and a woman, looking right.
