Not Just Gingerbread

Jan Curry creates decorative, edible vignettes using such materials as gingerbread, sugar paste, herbs, and grains. She brings each piece "to life" with hand-carved chocolate figures of people and animals. This year's exhibition includes an artistic rendering of the Arts & Industries Building, along with other creations.
