Advances in Stable Isotope Techniques and Applications 2018 Workshop

The Smithsonian’s Museum Conservation Institute (MCI) is pleased to host the 2018 Advances in Stable Isotope Techniques and Applications (ASITA) National Museum of the American Indian, Smithsonian, Washington, DC Workshop. We look forward to welcoming the isotope ratio mass spectrometry community of managers, technicians, graduate students, and researchers along with the manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers.  This conference offers a relaxed forum where the IRMS community can exchange ideas and discuss new advances, methodologies, equipment, and future research applications.

The year’s format will follow previous conferences with short courses, oral and poster presentations, break-out discussion groups, and a lab tour.  Presentations in any area of stable isotope research and all disciplines are invited, as well as topics for the break-out discussion groups.

For all logistical information, registration, and abstract submission, please go to our Eventbrite site.
