125 objects from the world's greatest collection of central African art are on view. Objects include a figure of a drummer from the Nkanu peoples, Kongo minkisi, objects of royal regalia, a Buli workshop kneeling female figure, a figurative coffin from the Ntomba peoples, a variety of masks, figures of kings and chiefs, and more.
This exhibition was coordinated by the Tribal Art Centre of Basel, Switzerland, and includes objects owned by the Musee Royal De L'Afrique Centrale in Tervuren, Belgium.
